Hacking Nintendont

Hi I am having a weird issue.
I can load nintendont just fine from the app.

But anytime I use any loader Be it:

USBLOADERGX
CONFIG USB(my preferred one)
Or even WIFLOW

It always gives a failed to load kernel error.

Now again it works fine through the nintendont app itself.

And I just want a nicer way to organize And load GC games so I would like it to work with Config USB if possible.

Can anyone help me out please? Thanks!

I've recently got a cfg usb loader that works with nintendont.

Hope I'm allowed to post this as I'm not quite sure of the rules here. It's a link from AbdallahTerro's sig, the guy who made this patch.

All you have to do is replace the cfg usb loader dol you're already using with this one.

I'm guessing you already know to choose nintendont as your gc loader from cfg's settings. Also make sure you have the latest nintendont while you're at it.

Nope still don't work same error. Nintedont loads up and says Failed to load kernel from nand.

Mind you again, if I use nintedont the app it works fine. :((
 
Any plans to allow us to use the Gamecube adapter with Wii games?
You know I'd kill for an option like that, custom controls for Wii games, imagine playing NSMBW or Super Mario Galaxy using a GC controller <3

I don't know what the issue is but it's on your end, both USB Loader GX and Wiiflow run Nintendont just fine, not sure about CFG USB Loader but I'd imagine it's the same, it appears your issue is with the way you installed iOS or something as it's related to the way Nintendont behaves apparently, someone with a better understanding may help you out!

If you are on Wii only : update IOS58 if you are not using latest version, and remove HBC custom theme if you have one.
 
dmtoolbox isnt perfet when games get bigger than the 1:1 iso that means dmtoolbox doesnt support them but they are very few i think they are hunter the rekogning, skies of arcadia and kirby air ride, dont know if im missing any but yeah they cant be shrunken with dmtoolbox so just keep those 1:1.

also are you the same kaneco that edited the compat list for not working super monkey ball and zoids compressed?try to compress them with dmtoolbox and try again they work great you were using a bad tool becuase this 2 games are audiostreaming games so if you usedthe gcisotool they were broken the instant it passed trough the program.

Yes, that's me...I will continue to re-rip all my games and re-edit the changelog once I get to those games!

I have ios58 6176 apparently that's the one i'm supposed to have. and it has no patches.

So again stumped as to why it doesn't work with config usb loader.

guys i need help i am playing metroid prime 1.0 on the wii. i use neo gamma for gamecube and the cheats are not working. i set the hook type to VI and the 2nd hook to 1st hook. i have copied the mastercode and the mastercode 2 from the gecko website but nothing is working, help would be appreciated.

Why not use nintendont instead?

Maybe try installing it again and removing the HBC custom theme (if any) like Cyan mentioned. Nothing to lose I guess.

DON'T DO IT!
If you run into problems with your games, you should confirm here it is not a problem on your end before messing up the compatibility list.
 
Can somebody help me with metroid prime 1.0. First off i was using wiiflow and then used usb loader gx and cfg usb loader and the codes like infinite health and infinite missiles and infinite balls and all that stuf are not working. plus every time i set ocarina to on, the game freezes with a black screen in both applications. All i did was copied the 2 mastercodes from the geckocodes.org website and the codes from gamehacking.org and put them into a .gcl file.
