I updated to 327 still the same issue the ds3's both are working the same now I can't press down on the ds3 but I can on the wiimote but then it goes up right away when I release it and when I do make it into the usb menu it continuously goes up and doesn't respond to anything besides home on the wiimote or power on the wii

dont activate them in nintendont menu jsut activate them when inside a game.

they are activating upon start even if I don't touch them

yes but the controllers should never activate on their own they will blink as charging(4 lights) but they are only activated once you press the PS button.

not in my case once I plug it in it activates also the newest version doesn't have the HID option anymore what happened to it?

its automatic, whenever a hid controller is activated it will do the hid on by itself so you can connect it mid game.

Okay so Super Mario Sunshine for example I can start the game without the DS3 plugged in and plug it in once it starts and it should work?

yes after you press the ps button.

So I started the game twice with each controller. Started mario sunshine connected the controller during the bios screen both controllers don't function from this point. boot game waited till the intro video plugged in the controllers still nothing. it detects the controllers picks it up as player 1 but will not function.

all i can say is it seems your controllers are fake imo, its just plug and play really, if they have issues is becuase they are fake, are you sure they are 100% official, unless you bought them on a real shop, you never know, ebay and amazon are full of fake sellers.

the silver one is my step brothers came with his Silver PS3 don't think that would be fake and I bought my black one at an eb games/gamestop

lots of ppl use the ps3 controller without complains its really just connect the charging cable they useto the wii/wiiu and your good, no idea whats happening with your controllers or your wii.

just a random question you dont have a gc controller connected or natie set to on on the settings?

nope I only use the GC controller when I want to use it for specific games like sunshine or double dash

Edit: And I prefer to use the CCP so Native is never turned on

just asked becuase if you had a gc controller connected, it would overide the hid controllers for 1 slot, since gc controllers gets priority.

yeah I know that GC hardware gets priority if connected my 2 GC controllers are usually used as p3/p4. and yes you can do the donkey kong voice with the GC bios with 2 wiimote+CCP and 2 GC controllers by holding Z/ZR

my HDD uses mini usb aswell so yes I have
