Does a real gamecube display the widescreen mode natively? If it need some kind of hack to display that way, then it is a minor issue.
Don't take some thing that isn't native as a serious issue.
The same subject has been brought up before, been repeated now, and the dev have said it is difficult, so case close and wait or do it yourself.

Yes it did for games that supported Widescreen like Star Fox Adventures but you had to enable Widescreen using the in-game widescreen option.

then it is not native for Luigi's Mansion. We are not on the same subject any more.
I think you are misunderstanding a little bit.
The reason why someone suggested to Fix94 to take a look at Swiss code is because Swiss uses a particular way to patch/hack Widescreen into GC games, which to my knowledge very few to none apps so far for GC do properly.
Widescreen hack in Nintendont is already great, don't get me wrong, but anything that could give that feature a little boost would be more than welcome, especially for difficult games like the Resident Evil ones or others.

I believe that the Resident Evil games had to be completely redone to get Widescreen to properly work in the Wii versions.

Is it possible that Nintendont accepts a Gamecube controller and an WiiU Pro controller at the same time? So that I can choose with which one I wanna play?

There is a device priority so Nintendont will always go in order. Don't remember the order though. Keep in mind that Native Controls disables HID/Bluetooth support.

Thanks. Do I need a special .ini for that? Or does Nintendont always accept the gamecube controller like the Gamecube did?

Gamecube controllers and Bluetooth devices don't use INI files.

I was wondering if it's possible to boot to a GC BIOS??
This has been possible for many revisions now. You just need the IPL.bin file in the root directory of the games drive named as iplusa.bin or ipljap.bin. You need MCEmu on in order for it work though unless that was changed and there is still no support for Slot B yet.

Thanks it works!! I'm so happy, it's like using a GC on my wii... :P

After reading the discussion of widescreen patch, native resolution and many other things, i want to make one thought clear: Widescreen hack just stretch the image to te edges of tv, just like that, or its generates graphics (rounded objects in native wil appear like rounded objects in widescreen hack, and you will see more stuff in the left/right corners)? OR the patch/hack will cut top/down edges and then strecth the 4 corners to things dont look stretched (this doesnt make sense to me either)?
