Hacking Nintendont

Can confirm that Dual Shock PSX controller works fine with Nintendont.
I've used the PS2PC blue adapter from DX.com with it.

I used a PS1 controller connected to the Mayflash 3 in 1 Magic Joy Box adapter before and it worked ok. Obviously I wouldn't recommend it because it's wired and has digital triggers instead of analog.

Its fine for me. The cord is pretty long.

Tried a few revisions ago was getting sick at "initializing engine" screen.

Didn't try yet with the latest one.

I'll keep you posted.

Edit: just tested 249, thought it was stuck on the same screen, but after about 30 secs - 1min , it started.

Worked fine with Wii CC and WiiU GCN Adapter.

Possible I didn't give the previous revisions enough time to start

I don't know if this has been asked before but, I can't get any of the games to run off the hdd. they work just fine on the sd card but when I try to play it on the hdd, it gives me error 13 and shuts down. My hdd is formatted properly also.

Try to be a little more specific, say your hdd model, Wii/WiiU, Nintendont settings, in what port are you connecting the HDD, using BT Controllers or HID, the rev version that are u using, etc.

OMG, Baten Kaitos Sound issues has been fixed in 2.249, everything is working flawlessly soundwise and no more crashes on the music menu.

Thanks FIX94 and everyone for making this possible. ill retest the rest of my library of games just in case.

So I have a question. I have twilight princess on my SD Card but when I load Nintendont it's just 2 spots I can select and when I do my Wii crashes. Zelda doesn't even show up. Any help?

the first time playing each game you need to formate the meory card since its individual memory card per game by default.

but how do it? i don t have any gc mc and i enable emulation it in nintendont.

if you turn mcemu on you emulate a memory card you dont need a real one... it will save on the sd/usb depending where you keep your isos.

what game are you trying?

most games do this

"you memory card is corrupted and needs to be formated"
you select yes or Format
then they will say
"are you sure you want to format you will loose all your data"
and you say yes again.

yes yes is correct. i try resident evil 3 this release [GC]Resident Evil 3 Nemesis[PAL][Multi5] and there i cannot format mc. game just not allow me do it. he just say you memory card is corrupted and needs to be formated.

that looks more like a game freeze rather than not being able to format memory card imo

but in compatibility list say game works fine.
