Thanks, I knew I forgot some details. More on-topic, both Nintendont and Devolution fascinate me. It's fun to browse the source code to see how Nintendont accomplishes the non-trivial task of running GC games in (v)Wii mode.

which wiiflow do i need? i have 4.2.1 and it loads nintendont. but somebody said a couple pages back that if i download the NEW wiiflow or wiiflow Mod then i can play gamecube games without having to pick the game twice. (example of how it is know: i boot wiiflow then choose gamecube game/ it loads nintendont then i have to choose the game again).

Here is the project page for wii-flow mod.. I would guess that the latest version is the one you want; most likely you only need to look around the settings for GC loading and enable autoboot to skip nintendont game list.

My test:
Ver 1.83

need for speed most wanted [1:1, ntsc]: Controller dont work after appears the screen "memory card error format it?"
Tony hawks Underground 2 NTSC, 1:1: music stops in some levels, but runs perfectly
Harry potter 1, NTSC 1:1: runs great!

Which specific level in underground 2? Tested that game quite a few times and never experienced any sound issues.

Yesterday I was playing Mario Kart GP normally with fully working controls and everything with 1.83, completed the Pac-Man cup and started another one.
Today I tried to play again, there was no cup completed (maybe MC Emu issue, although since it is an arcade game I doubt that the game saves any progress at all by the nature of the Arcade Games) and also only the A button was working now, no Left Stick or D-Pad working.

Any hint as to why this happens?

My external is formatted to FAT32 with 32k cluster size, and it's plugged into the correct port (CFG USB sees it just fine) but loading Nintendont and selecting USB says no USB device or games folder was found. I have a game in USB:/games/Super Mario Sunshine/game.iso so I'm not sure why it's not seeing it. CFG USB Loader sees my Gamecube games, but gives me a black screen whenever I try to load it. Any tips for either of these methods?

LoaderGX can be configured to find an HDD on either of both ports (not sure if CFG is the same) so I wouldn't trust THAT as a confirmation that it's in the right port for nintendont. If you have a wii the HDD should be in the lower back port, if it's a WiiU it has to be the upper port. Make sure it has a good power supply as well to avoid read errors.

Many thanks ShadowOne333 & faku1810 for the info on memory emulation, now i can get it working!

Any advice on getting the wavebird to work, or i should i use wired GC pad at all times? (PAL Wii, 4.3)

My UsbLoaderGX says the game is on USB would you like to copy the game to SD, does anyone have a fix for this? Fixed.

How do I use my PS3 controller one here? I have it plugged into the innermost port but I am not sure if that will work... any help will be appreciated!

Btw I am using a Wii and on the HIDTest screen it says Failed to open config.
Fixed

Now my problem is the PS3 R2 and L2 buttons not sensing me only press it down half way. I am not sure if this is possible but for Super Mario Sunshine it is kinda need. Any help would be appreciated!

Just tried the wavebird on the wii and the receiver lights up, but there is no response from the controller.
you have to use the wavebird in the nintendont menu, or at least activate it there ( meaning: press a few buttons while its on). nintendo can only detect wavebird from within the menu, not the game.
