Use multiple builds of nintendont. Some (a small few really) games work with one build and not withanother. All USB loaders support this nowadays, so there is no excuse.

Problem solved.
Umm... No, problem not solved since the random crashes happen with all revissions, Nintendont is still unstable and has random crashes even with sleep mode totally disabbled, DM(L) had some games whcih would randomly crash too like Mega Man X Command Mission but there's no excuse for Nintendont not to get updates to iron these issues down the line especially since it runs on Wii U and uses a native iOS rather than writing on the Mios.

I guess you couldn't think of a nicer way to say that, huh?

i dont get random crashes in awhile maybe im lucky with my games or something i played like 3 hours sessions on colosseum,XD and such and never had a random freeze, the only random freezes i have are always in known games like avatar and such.

Would it easy to implement n64 Rom support to this loader? Wii 64 emulators suck and it would be cool to have hid and bt and cheat support on n64 roms.

Funny that I realized my comment sounded harsh right after I posted it!

Anyway the random crashes seem to happen with me with certain games in loading screens, like in Crazy Taxi in between missions, also Soul Calibur is known to have random crashes a lot!

No. This isn't an emulator, and even if it was, the N64 uses an entirely different architecture.

N64 emulation on wii is a dead project (and of course it has nothing to do with nintendont which is an interpreter only for built-in GC on wii)

I guess it's natural for such an n64 project to be dead, because n64 emu is faaaaaar from perfect even on PC...

Request:
Would it be possible to implement a title.txt file for correct names on the nintendont loader?

v2.180
Resident Evil (NTSC-U) freezes when you examine the arrow, happens with either character too.
Resident Evil 4 (NTSC-U) freezes when you go back after being choked by the village chief, happens when he jumps through the window during the cut-scene.

Can anyone confirm these?

What's wrong with the names?

I would imagine he just wants it to look in order without grammar/title errors, and some names just look plain stupid (Zelda ocarina multipack? What?)

I think it's a pretty cool request personally.

I wanted to change a couple of my GameCube game's names, but I haven't found a tool to do so yet.

Does anyone know of a tool which does that?

EDIT: If anyone wants to do this, you should use Wiimms ISO Tools to do the trick.

Guys, I'm thinking of compressing some of the GC isos to use here, is it worth it or will I just get problems?
I was wondering how to compress, which tool? I saw Gamecube ISO Compressor, just wondering if need to do the 32k align on all games or just those with streaming audio.
Cheers

You'll get issues with a bunch of games.

P.s For the record I'm using the Zelda Wiimote+ and an official original classic controller for games that use analog like Mario Sunshine and R Racing and never have an issue.

From my experience it's not an issue unless the game has been marked on the compatibility list as not working.

From my experience it's not an issue unless the game has been marked on the compatibility list as not working, and yes you only need to do 32k alignment with audio streaming.

you dont even need it for audio streaming games which work as of right now, its only needed for broken games which use audio streaming which is very unlikely.
