Okay I found out what My issue is, it's not any of the settings as Auto Boot now works and everything else.

It happens when I start USB Loader GX from it's forwarder channel.
Happens everytime, If I load USB Loader GX from HBC and boot a game everything is fine with all settings.
Forwarder kills nintendont

Are you using the Forwarder or Channel?

I am afraid that issue only occurs to you. I load USB loader GX from a forwader and like I said, everything is working fine

It's on vWii and so I used the official forwarder.

Not sure no one is reporting this problem , maybe reinstall the official vWii forwarder again.
If that doesn't work this needs to be report on the official thread.

I use the official vwii forwader and I had no problem on my side.

I have indeed installed the forwarder again and it still causes this issue.

Here's my setup:

Wii U - Latest Firmware
Usb Loader GX v1231 (On SD)
Nintendont v2.174 (On SD)
Gamecube games (On USB)

Nintendont runs fine from it's official forwarder on vWii
Nintendont runs fine from HBC
UsbLoader GX runs fine from it's official forwarder on vWii
UsbLoader GX runs fine from HBC

Gamecube games run fine from either app from HBC
Gamecube games run fine from Nintendont when using it's forwarder
Gamecube games freeze on boot if using USB Loader GX forwarder

It's on vWii and so I used the official forwarder.

I think you installed the forwarder using the wrong IOS. I could be wrong but that seems like the issue since it's not working one way, but working fine the other way. Look up instructions for installing the official forwarder for vWii.

I use the official vwii forwader and I had no problem on my side.

So am I. I use both usb loader gx and Cfg usb loader forwarder for vWii and they work super fine! I have never had a single problem.

I agree with the suggestion of trying to redownload the forwarder and reinstall it.

I have indeed installed the forwarder again and it still causes this issue.

Here's my setup:

Was nintendont 2.173 working before? Also which ios USB loader GX runs on? That might do a difference.

I used IOS249 rev53 to install and use GX on that.

BTW: Iv'e never tried to run GC games on GX (Decided to because Covers lol) but Wii Games work fine from the forwarder and always have.
Iv'e had this forwarder on my WiiU since launch pretty much and never had issues, till I tried to launch Nintendont through it.
I'm not too bothered since I can use HBC to boot GX and get my covers and WiinnerTag stuff that way.

I never tried till 2.174, besides it doesn't matter since it all works for you.
I will try and use a Diff IOS (250) to install the forwarder this time but honestly don't see it making a difference since it's always worked for Wii software in the past.

I don't know. What I could say is I use usb loader GX loading ios 250 by default.

I suppose I can try the 250 version of USBLoaderGX instead of the 249 I am using.

Deffinitely, if there is no SD card in the usb loader channel doesn't boot, also it displays the right rev number and that wouldn't happen with an actual channel since it would need a manual update.

That is impossible, there is no usbloader gx channel with latest revision, and I am pretty sure Kongsnutz isn't stupid enough to install a channel with full homebrew on it thinking it is a "forwader"

I changed to the USB Loader GX IOS250 version and now it all works through the Forwarder!

So all I changed was the version of UsbLoader GX 1231 to the IOS250 version and all is great! So Strange.

Good ! At least you can load gamecube games directly from Usbloader GX ios 250 forwader Problem fixed, I'm glad that was simply a little change to do

I changed to the USB Loader GX IOS250 version and now it all works through the Forwarder!

In my own knowledge, cIOS 249 is now quite obsolete and 250 is prefered for newer homebrews or apps updates.
Always go for cIOS 250.
