Incessant nagging? I think you are overreacting, this is by far the freelance coding project with the most supportive community i have seen in quite a while, the so "incessant nagging" and "criticism" are actually valid requests which are done desperately given the fear that this particular feature gets forgotten between the sea of positive support and features with higher priorities on the list. I ain´t ignorant about the time consuming task that coding is, but really, you shouldn´t take the requests as criticism. Speaking for me, im really thankful about progress so far, but as nintendont is nearing its perfection i get to wonder about other minors features which are still yet to be added as im unaware of the priority these features have or if they are even considered to be added in the future, its not offensive nor ungrateful, its natural. And i repeat, you are overreacting, for each "whining" post you´ve got like 100 grateful posts you cant expect EVERYONE to provide positive feedback; you will not find any other community as grateful as this.

(calling attention)
is this really needed? ...I know that the "whining" happened some times, and could be annoying for some, but you know what more got posted some times and was also annoying? ...this kind of post of yours, overly bashing people for whatever reason (the likes? ..hope not).

I can't decide which posts are worst

FiX94 shouldn't take the so called whining so seriously too ..it happening is almost a given on such popular threads (should also be thankful that it's not a pokemon related project :P ...that would be heavy on whining) ...but even though, the way he reacts to those things is up to him ...I'm definitely thankful for all he have done so far together with the other devs

Sometimes?
You haven't been looking at the thread lately, have you?

The last 5 pages have been nothing but whining and complaining about this, about that.
"Add this, add that, this is bad, my idea is good and should be implemented NOW."
"My controller is not supported, add it now"

Whatever reason it is, its not helpful at all.
If a user is going to post something, it should be a constructive idea or a game Log Report or why it crashes, not some:
"ADD DIZ 4 MEH, CUZ I WANNIT" and that's it.

I am not calling attention in any way, nor I want to or pretend to.
I'm just really pissed off about how reckless some users can be when it comes to features.

If they are not happy, then they should've done what I did and get into the code. PERIOD.
Sure you can't please the masses, but when the developer already said he is not implemting such thing, then stop. No way you should keep on bringing the same thing to the topic.

Again, that's what forums are ...those posts are not unexpected ...mods just have to mod them after they have pointed out what should/shouldn't be asked.

Both the whining and the pissed off/bullying posts are irrelevant

I can also confirm this bug. Soul Calibur works perfect on v2.155 but randomly crashes for some unknown reason on v.2.157.

Another game that happens to crash on v2.157 is Cubivore, a quirky title on wild nature and evolution. Works fine on v2.155.
just played the first 4 levels of cubivore on the wii with 2.157 and i couldnt make it freeze on my compressed ntsc iso of 93.9mb and im preety sure full iso shouldnt freeze since the smallest one didnt, i played like 40 mins straight.

thats enough criticism to the work of me and the other developers, thanks to you JuanLeOnardO and to many others who are extremly ignorant and only want their own problems solved and cant stop whining about it I'll take some time off nintendont, thanks for the people who supported me and to those who cant stop begging, there you go, hope you are happy with that.

Your work is definitely appreciated by many of us. You deserve a break anyways, seems you have been working hard on these programs lately.
It's unfortunate though that the reason you are taking a break is because people can't stop being greedy and begging for things, when you are working hard on getting things done, and not even being paid for it.

Maybe you could set something up, where if people want to keep begging for features, they can donate to one of the features they want, and if that donation gets to an amount you feel acceptable with, then you can work on the issue they so badly want fixed or added.

I'm really happy with the bluetooth support. The Gamecube Mayflash adapter especially works amazingly well.

I know I'm treading on thin ice with this request, but is there a way to map the Gamecube's "Start" button to "Select/Minus" on the CC? With the Mayflash adapter, you have to press the "Start" button twice for it to be recognized as such, and that's a little annoying. Also, hitting "Start" once changes the button layout, which again is a bit inconvenient; I'd like the "Start/Plus" button to be "unmapped" entirely. I'd very much appreciate it if someone would make a mod that accommodates for the Mayflash adapter specifically. It doesn't sound very hard to do, but I don't know shit about coding, so I'm kinda helpless.

Thanks in advance and keep up the good work!

even with a mod if you tryd to use a CC on player 2 and such he would also get his buttoms switched.

alright, so i had posted on here a month or so back, about some problems i was having configuring the 3rd party ps3 rock candy controller. Someone was nice enough to help me out, but the hid test v6 app, didn't seem to want to cooperate so it never got fixed, this guy g0ldfinGa had made a post way back that he had fixed it up ,
but there was no post of the config txt, so im wondering here if anyone else is having similar problems, or has also fixed this and would be nice enough to share their config, i did try it again, still the same thing, i cant do anything with this program, could be something on my wii conflicting with it maybe, or the program just doesn't do with 3rd party ps3 controllers, if such is the case would really appreciate it if someone took a look at one to see what the deal is... :yayps3:

Outed for agreement!

Devs get to decide the priority order, you don't. If you want something faster, then either pay money, or do it yourself. This is open source. What's stopping anyone from checking out a copy, making changes, and submitting pull requests? I make open source apps. I want feature requests, but I also get to decide the priority. I also want people to contribute. I would explain to people how the code works, tell them what functions need to be changed, answer questions, etc, if they were gonna contribute. I'd give them their own branch on the subversion server and let them go to town. What's stopping these guys from doing that? They probably don't know how to code. Well if you can't code, you just have to live with what you can get. Sometimes it takes months or even years before someone writes the code you want, sometimes never. They should just learn to code. When it's important enough to me, I fix other people's code. i've fixed jQuery plugins, MATLAB functions, linux drivers, etc. Recently, I even fixed up a fortran program from 1994 to make it compile. It needed several changes, a constant changed, headers added, etc.

Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean: freezes with Memory Card emulation on at progressive mode screen but works fine with Memory Card emulation off

on Wiiu v2.157.

The man needs a break as is anyway. Take it and enjoy it fix94. You've been working hard non-stop. Anyway when a feature is implemented (which contrary to popular belief takes a shitoad of work) it's frustrating to immediately hear "oh change it to this cuz it's no good for me." If I were in his shoes my first thought would be who the fuck are u lol.

Guys remember most changes are aimed to affect and work for the majority of users. If things don't work for u as intended just report that it doesn't work for u, that's it or report things on their google code SVN it's actually way more helpful. Take a look at USBL-GX. Cyan does an unbelievable job of acomodizing tons of features for different users situations. A little respect and gratitude go a long way ;)

Try changing the folder name for the game, for instance i have mine named the name of the game with the ID in brackets after it, i just deleted the name and left just the ID as the folder name. If it works you should be able to name it back to what you had it as before.
That was the problem, thanks for the help man.

id also like to say thank you to the Devs....................

ive been playing with Nintendont from early on but in the last 3 weeks ive used the game Puyo Puyo Fever and its leapfrogged in performance big time

also implementing Audio Streaming is mind blowing as well

keep up the good work guys its appreciated

Maybe it's a bit too late? FIX could have done this before he even considered releasing his code to the public.
