Hello!
I'm a bit new to this whole thing, and as such, I'm terribly sorry if the question I'm asking is stupid/nonsensical.
I managed to install Nintendont, and it works (hooray!) but i have problems with integrating it into a launcher. I was using WiiFlow until now, but since its incompatible with Nintendont, I decided to switch to USBLoaderGX (I downloaded AbdullahTerros master mod, but that thing is scary. So many files, and i have no idea what I'm supposed to copy to get Wiiflow working with Nintendont). Now, USBLoaderGX wont launch the game either. I tried doing what the tutorial tells *("You need to tell the loader to use Nintendont as gamecube mode : Settings > Loader Settings > Gamecube mode : Nintendont") but under Loader Settings only Mios and Devolution show up.
So, if some kind soul would direct me toward the solution (either which WiiFlow files I need, or waht to do with USBLoaderGX) I'd be eternally grateful!
This minor grip is still happening, really weird bug.I finally ripped, burned and tested a MultiISO DVD5, with four games: Eternal Darkness, Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3 & Mega Man X Collection. I gotta say it works great, a game selection page opens before loading the multiISO game. I played some minutes for each title, it works where vanilla Nintendont doesn't, which hangs at the start of the Gamecube BIOS sequence when booting the DVD (if you're not using IPL, it stays on a black screen).
A pair of bugs i experienced:
- When Memcard Multi is turned ON (all other options are OFF), the Wii turns off after selecting any game from the DVD5 / USB / SD [CISO branch only]
- Controller lags and either stops responding or gets stuck in a direction (right after you start controlling Claire/Jill), happens with Resident Evil 2 and 3, maybe C:VX, but only when loading the games from DVD [CISO branch only]
it saves perfectly fine, I finished both gp1 and gp2 easly, just when you are asked to continue select "no" and it'll just stay on the screen of saving/taking out the mario card, at that point you can just turn off the console and it'll save the current mario card data.Mario Kart Arcade GP has an untraditional way of saving (Mario Card) and because of this, it can't save properly and everything resets when I turn off my Wii. Is there any way of getting around this, or am I just going to have to finish the game in one go?
At the Continue screen, press No. Wait some secs. Your game is now saved.Mario Kart Arcade GP has an untraditional way of saving (Mario Card) and because of this, it can't save properly and everything resets when I turn off my Wii. So, I've merged the pull request from @GerbilSoft as is, it is too much for me right now to go through each and every single change but from a overall review I did not immediately spot anything horribly broken or out of place so I think its ok to have it in, I will just trust you that it will be fine, I guess if anything suddenly is broken people will let us know.
Hi guys, can we use the internal updater to get it?Thanks for the merge. I have a few more fixes for the new MD5 verifier being prepared. (Most notably, I seem to have left a bug in the Perl script used to generate the MD5 database that causes games with "&" to have truncated titles. Not a serious issue.)
Anyways, will be looking at the disc2 issue tonight and will send a PR if I can reproduce and fix the bug.
Assuming you're not on one of the early builds of v4.x that had broken updating, yes - the internal updater should work.Hi guys, can we use the internal updater to get it?
IIRC, I think I have your PR on my console.Assuming you're not on one of the early builds of v4.x that had broken updating, yes - the internal updater should work.
The updater in v4.428+ also has an MD5 database option, which is needed in order to verify MD5s. (If not present, it'll still calculate MD5s, but it won't be able to verify that it's correct.)
Oh, it's okey, i am just reporting the bugs in case anyone else happens to burn his games and use them in the same context. I have been testing this compilations because i wanted my son to have a handy DVD that included many games, so he didn't have to manipulate the original discs, or mess with the SD card files, except for updating Nintendont.Multi-ISO + DVD-R is still buggy. I'm not sure how to fix that. I'd recommend ripping the image to an HDD instead. (Or, better yet, use 1:1 or CISO images.) If you're just testing Multi-ISO for the sake of testing it, well that's fine, but I'm not sure how to fix these issues.![]()
It's inside Settings. Great work on the branch!I didn't notice any overlapping text, so I'll have to check that again later.

You could try tagging him. He was here about a week ago. Are you having problems with a game?
