well if they connected to Nintendo servers they have a snapshot linked to their switch that would be different from their nand backup. i think

Every console has a certificate that is tied to them which is stored in PRODINFO.

To piggyback. It is sort of undetermined exactly what telemetry sent to Nintendo will get you banned but the most important bit is that Nintendo bans your certificate on their server side. As their is currently no way to spoof a certificate or to transfer a new one to your switch. So once your switch is banned there is no way to undo it.

Banned yesterday. Always used in airplane mode with sx os. I activate online only for playing pokemon shield (in cartridge with original firmware). Yesterday when I try to send user with another console, I get the ban error 2124-4508.

To be clear (and save my own but) did you ever altered your sysnand in any way? Using offlline emunand on sd-card is the only save option at this time.

You can even play online in EmuMMC if you haven't NSPs installed and don't use homebrew. At least no one has been banned for that using Atmosphere.

My SysNAND does not have nsp installed, playing only physical game cart.

It's just a matter of time. Waiting for a Ban Hammer and I am ready for it.

I connected to the internet with the emunand full of hackery and ran cfw on sysnand briefly while connected to the internet, all last November, still waiting also. Luckily I also have a non hacked Switch. Update us if you ever get banned, as will I. I'm assuming a ban wave will see my hacked switch finally banned but it's been nearly 2 months now and it's still working.

it's finally come to me today, I using edion and pkhex to edit pokemon save file. I though it gonna be safe since I still using legit game to online and sysnand. But today, like I worry after pokemon's first update. I got banned. I'm not blaming either of those software, I just want ppl to becareful with that

Your savegame has been flagged. Use cfw and stay offline. That's all. Or create an emummc

Hi guys, today i went online for like 2 seconds while i was using emunand, It startet to update Pokémon sword to the last version, i Always used emunand offline, cheated only in Pokémon sword using pkhex and then trasfering the modified save to the sysnand, i only have cartbridge games, am i going to get banned?

Wait for the ban dude. Because your savegame is modified, nintendo smashes the ban hammer in your face. Everywhere it says that users shouldn't go online with cfw. Your question is therefore unnecessary.

I used the save i gas from the sysnand when i created the emunand, from the emunand i did a backup with checkpoint a and the modified It with pkhex, After that i put the save in the sysnand back again with hacdiskmount, Is that so illegal? Ahah
