You will be cert banned. Which means you: can't download software updates and game updates directly from the switch anymore, you can't play online and you can't access the eshop.

So, I have bridged pin 9+10, entered RCM and launched hekake CFW and opened HBDownloader. I have not touched my switch in several months. Am i gonna be cert banned?

Obviously you can use tools to get around this: Software Updates with ChoirDujourNX, Game Updates by getting tinfoil and downloading it's respective NSP and there's experimental LAN play for users who are banned now.

The only thing you are really losing is eshop access.

As long as you: disable online access on CFW or use 90DNS to block error reports from flowing in, don't go online on pirated games and disable telemetry you should be fine.

another pointless thread about the fear of getting banned. Modifying your system in any shape or form will always run the risk of getting banned simple.

When did you make this clean hack-free NAND backup? And did you do any hacking after restoring it?
I think I should have said “no” to that question. I didn’t do any hacking at all nor did I create a NAND back-up. I just used homebrew for save-editing Minecraft.

Edit: is it just me? Or is it ironic how Nintendo will ban you for unwanted modifications but that will result in more modification, or piracy, to get games running?

What do you mean "another"? This is the main thread gathering details about bans, has been for months and is even a stickied thread.
Long story short, there was another thread that started with this post which you can see continue for a short while but it eventually got merged into this thread which was weird so all of the posts from that thread are now here. You can see where the original thread was started on this page of the subforum if you scroll down below the pinned threads.

Ah okay that makes sense. Didn't even know mods could merge threads like that.

Not sure where you got such an outdated form, but there's a much more up-to-date one in the OP. I filled in some of your answers since there was a bit of overlap between whatever you filled out and the current format.

If you cannot access the eShop, when was the last time/date you were able to?

N/A.

Did you restore a clean hack-free NAND before going online?

No.

Do you get the error code 2181-4008 trying to update your games?
On legit games, no.
I do not update .xci games.

No.

Can you login to Nintendo's website using your linked Nintendo Account?

I created backups in initial setup, but I have not utilized any of the them.

Trimmed .XCI?
I have some, but I have not ran them.

Did you connect to the Internet with SX OS and/or to activate the license?
No.

Did you play any .XCI files online with a certificate/header?
No.

Do you have a certificate/header ban (look for error code 2124-4025)?
No.

Lowest SX Version used when Online/Offline (NOT Switch System Firmware)?
Initial release offline.
Never online.

What do you use Non-SX OS LayeredFS for?
I have not used any Layered apps.

Did you install the exFAT update offline?
No, I installed it in OFW before loading my SD card with CFW content.

No (is not available in SX OS).

What firmware(s) were you on when you cleared error logs prior to going online?
I have never cleared logs.

Wi-Fi settings deleted in CFW?
I delete Wi-Fi settings and turn on Airplane mode in OFW before using CFW.

Console/Account Region(s)
NA.

What device(s) do you use to send payloads with?
I load all content from my PC to my SD card, with exception of the SX dongle.

Do you enter RCM by bridging pins 9 & 10 together?
Yes.

If Banned, provide proof (video preferred)
N/A.

Additional Comments
My OFW/CFW is as separate as can be whilst remaining on the same system.
CFW never touches online in any capacity.
May be worth mentioning that I have never received any error codes that could then be logged.

Concerning CFW usage:
Before using CFW, I boot into OFW and delete internet connection settings and turn on airplane mode.
I use a separate non-Nintendo ID account to use CFW content.
I do not install .nsp files.
I do not clear logs.

Concerning OFW usage:
Before using OFW, I remove my SD card that contains all CFW content.
I turn off airplane mode, and reestablish my internet settings.
I do not use my non-Nintendo ID account in OFW.
I of course then use a separate Nintendo ID linked account for OFW content.
I do not update .xci games. (Really hoping for a way to update these on PC at some point.)

While I do not have heavy usage on my Switch, I have flipped between OFW and CFW numerous times and still retain full functionality on the latest OFW.

I haven't touched LayeredFS, but I will be looking into it once the mod scene picks up for the new Super Smash Bros. game. (Unless it runs well on PC emulators.)

SD Card.
Can you clarify your answers to these 2 questions? You indicated you use SX OS so you must know whats the lowest version you ever used since they indicate that before you download it from their website. You also cannot send payloads with your SD card without sending a payload from something else first such as your computer, phone, or dongle/modchip.
