Hardware Nintendo switch backlight bug no display after rp2040 installation

Hello , I have solder picofly on switch v2 ( new from Amazon ) and when I Start to boot I have back light but no image
But when I put in dock I have image ( in ofw)
But I touch the screen i hear the sound of Nintendo switch

I have put picofly on 2 switch 2 same thing . …
Now alls My console work only on tv on ofw

I have make other console before and never get this problem

Usually it means the LCD connector isn't seated properly or it is damaged.
But 2 out of 2 with the same error might be some installation issue.

Today I have change 8316 Ic and now display work ! But now freez on Nintendo logo

I think you destroey your lcd connector. this happens very easy especially if you re a beginner. please upload images from your lcd connector to see all the pins. thanks
