The joycon and their grip are totally different,
Ive never touched a wikipad grip, but just by the look of it, i doubt wikipad has motion control like joycon and wiimotes

the flaw in thw lawsuit is wikis says controllers attacked with a flexible connector. the wiki controller attachment is not separated like the joy cons. The wiki company is not gonna ban sales of the switch if they win. they will make a deal with nintendo which means free money for the trolls

I hope they don't win its hard enough to get a switch let alone at a decent price it be sad to see something happen .. This lawsuit actually seems dumb.. Just becuase Nintendo is kicking butt people want to hit them down didn't this happen over the Wiimoes and there sensors on top o.O ... People just need to save ther money for better real lawsuits ..
