We are half a year away from the supposed launch date, the clients have to know what kind of system they will be dealing with in time.

Nintendo will let us know when there will be an announcement. They won't tell us what they are announcing until it happens but they will let us know in advance. Seems legit. Especially the part with the cheesy "coded" message tweet. Totally real, guys.

It's obviously going to be announced via a Nintendo Direct. Nintendo will make the "NX Direct Reveal" a week or two in advance, allow time for the press to get out there, and then show off the console to the frothing masses. I'm assuming it'll be sometime in November, right before the Christmas shopping season, but that's me just shooting an idea out there, with no facts to back it up. There's only 6 months to launch, and Nintendo promised some sort of reveal by the end of 2016, so we're not far off. Also the fact that Nintendo would shrug off TGS and E3, yet show their secret console at a Gamestop expo of all things? Pshaw.
