Gaming Nintendo DSL sometimes not recognizing Game Card

Hello, Everyone my problem is I had my DSLite not used for a while. But now I wanted to play on it but I seem to have poor contact with the DS Cards (My R4 and TTDS and Acekard2i) they all have the same problem sometimes not recognized sometimes it does but after a while the game freezes ...

How can I make my ds contacts making the card recognize 100% again ?

Yes but it's not the card itself it's the slot ....

That's what you'd think, but... It's most likely your card. The problem is that the contacts on the card are not meeting up with the contacts inside the DS, or are losing contact. If you try the paper trick, it might fix it. if not, I have no idea.
