Hi! I have a dsi but it doesn't charge.I tried it with two charging adapters.(All Of Them Worked On My DSi Xl).
But It System Menu It Shows That flashing charge symbol. I Calculated The Energy that goes to baterry. In My DSi XL 4.6 Volt is going to baterry.
but in my dsi 1 volt goes to baterry.
Can Somebody Help Me (And I Don't Where Can I Place This Thread. If I Post This Thread to Wrong Place Sorry)

Maybe it's a problem with the battery
You could try checking if your DSi will charge your DSi XL battery but you would have to hold the battery so it doesn't fall out

It sounds like a problem with the motherboard
If you have another motherboard then you should replace it
The problem on the broken board is probably the charging port or fuses or some charging circuit but you need to solder to replace it and we don't know which one is the problem
You can try checking the fuses if you have a multimeter

Check these:
  • Is the connector okay? And broken soldering joints?
  • Very near to the charging port there is a fuse labeled F1→
    • check for continuity
    • replace when broken/blown – or –
    • bridge (easier, does not require a fuse, more dangerous for the mainboard)
  • There might be another fuse F2 – I did not find one on a photo from ifixit
If the charging IC is damaged , it is probably not worth the effort.

Edit: Maybe a different charging method would work. Third party batteries with external contacts or induction charging function – if something like this exists.
