Gaming Nintendo DS Lite not charging

Hey

I have a DS Lite which is not charging and any help is much appreciated.

DS Lite works on a charged battery but when charging cable plugged no charging light, no charging. multiple batteries, chargers used in testing.

I have checked F1, F2, EM10 with a multimeter and they are working.

Should i go ahead and replace them still?

how can i temporarily bridge these components before trying to replace them?

This is going to sound silly but ...did you check the diode? If all the charging components are working fine, the slot is soldered properly and no leads appear to be damaged then perhaps the LED died on you.
