Hardware nintendo dont have iamge but sound

i have a nintendo switch with this problem
lcd is fine, conector fpc too
i see faulty volts in the pins (see photo)i only have 0.1 when turn on or off and they should have 5.1 and 1.3 aprox

what can be?p13usb o max77620? i dont have any short in the area

problem is no p13usb or max77620
th e poblem is there, this switch was open by other person and he riped this ic.......
5.4 v is not in this integrated, only 0.1 sometimes

5.4 when you turn on lcd and 0.1 when is in repose mode.... after all i dont know make reballing

i put a new ic but reballing is bad XD.
