I can't update luma it keeps saying download failed. Does this have anything to do with the bans?

It depends on whether you have a9lh or B9S. They use different formats.

I got the file but I just see a boot file. I'm not sure how to install it because iv'e never done it manually before.

That's good for a9lh, but there's nothing to get for a9lh. Both Stable and Nightly are B9S only.

No you need to update to boot9strap in order to use my version, and in order to properly update Luma.

That must be the load balancer. Not all servers/caches are updated yet and some still serve old content.

wow dude thanks for the help NOT. I just asked you how to do a simple thing. I moved those files to the root and nothing happened. You need to explain it better.
