Nintendo 64 emulator on windows 10

Haha. Well, if your PC is powerful enough to run it, GLideN64 seems to be the best right now (it's the only one still in development and fixed many issues other plugins had), you can find that here: https://github.com/gonetz/GLideN64/releases
It does require a lot more powerful hardware than other plugins though.

i think i am fine with my gtx 970, my gtx 970 can rund zelda windwaker in 8k, i tried it out on dolphin

Doesnt alt+enter force it to go fullscreen? Or is that what you tried... i didnt even know there was another way.

Alt+enter gets mine to full screen but it freezes as soon as it gets to full screen

It's possible that if you still wanted to use the directx plugin you just need to update the directx runtime since you are most likely missing the files required to run directx 8 libraries.
