Gaming Nintendo 3DS Update June 16th

Not sure if this has been posted but I have received a SpotPass notification.

Dear Customer

Thankyou for connecting your Nintendo 3DS system to the internet!
A recommended Nintendo 3DS update was made available on 16th June
If you havent updated your system software to version 2.0.0-2E yet, this update will add the following new features:
- Nintendo eShop (snip)
- Internet Browser (snip)
- The ability to receive content via SpotPass automatically (snip)
- System Transfer (snip)
- System stability improvements and other adjust ments
blah blah blah

So I have a PAL 3DS and I just updated it and I am now on Ver. 2.1.0-3E
Not sure what the update does so..
