ROM Hack (Nintendo 3DS) How to get back homebrew launcher

Hello everyone,im new on this site.

My sister upgraded my 3DS to 11.6 and I can't start the Homebrew anymore via soundhax.I checked on 3Ds guide if there was another way to get back the Homebrew but these methods requires games that I don't have.Do you have any solutions please?

Soundhax was patched, use ntrboot, it's easy as shit

If you are want full homebrew/cfw then get a compatible flash cart and install B9S/Luma.
If you want only userland, I've heard that some of the games still work as entry points.
