Hacking Nier Automata Savegame re-region + dlc question

could somebody be so kind and re-region my nier automata savegame? from usa to eur.
also, is it possible to access the dlc without a connection?
i would be very thankful for any replies '

doesn't the euro game picks up the save data.had the same thing with creed origins had the eur but wanted the usa with dlc .i just installed the usa version started it up and the game picked up the eur save game,then i saved the usa and deleted the eur game.so it might also work for nier
