ROM Hack Nicktoons Racing Japanese Translation

Hello, my name is TimzUneeverse. For those who miss watching Nickelodeon in Japan, I'm going to make a translation for Nicktoons Racing into Japanese. The translation will be applied to the GBA version of Nicktoons Racing.
