Hacking Newest cheat database for R4i Gold 3DS RTS?

I am new to ds flash carts (mine is still coming in the mail) and was wondering were to get the best cheat data base file. Sorry I did try to search already but was not able to get an answer I felt was clear. it seems that most of the information on ds flashcards assumes you followed the scene back when it was popular and already know everything. I am going on a long trip soon were I will not have internet access and want to get everything figured out before then. Thanks

edit: If any one has a guide to the basics as well it would be much appreciated.
