Hacking newbie here. having issues with hacking 3ds

If the system only boots with the arm9loaderhax.bin they he has a9lh installed and the system is as good as hacked.
If it boots without it he can start over.

I thought he hacked is 2ds, it worked, but the sounhax doesnt work on his 3ds, that would mean he didn't even enter the homebrew channel.

OP is that correct?

EDIT: please put the files inside the starter folder on the root, not the actual starter folder but the contents

check the directory tree.

You need to extract the Starter folder, and paste the 3ds folder isntead.

Yes, but we are just trying to get the 3ds to boot, it is not booting ATM

he stated his firm is 11.0.0-28U i told him to put that in, so it should be correct, unless it is the wrong firmware version he stated.
