a new update is available to the internet browser it adds the latest version of shockwave flash meaning you can now browse practically any site now that has flash!

Not really, but it includes Adobe Flash Lite 3.1 (based on Adobe Flash Player version 8).

I successfully downloaded it and wad packed it with NUSD. It'll automatically download v512 even if you select to download v257. I confirmed the build is new (old was 2047 and new is 3642 I believe) and it works very good. Great to see work being done to the browser....especially since I got my Logitech wireless keyboard for only $20

I just downloaded v257 and v512 without any problem. I did not try them yet but it packed one as v257 and one as v512.

Update: Got it to work it needed ISO55.

I have wii 3.2 J . After installing IOS55 the new internet browser doesn't work. It starts but than freezes. Any solution to make it work?

well, I dl'd a wad for the v2 browser from a bittorrent and installed it, but just freezes at the first screen. I'm running it on 4.0U and I installed it with wad manager 1.5. Is there another IOS I need to install to get this to work without upgrading to 4.1? Also, can someone give me some short instructions for how to download my own wad of this with the NUS app? I still haven't quite figured that thing out completely yet.

you need the latest version of ios55 to get the new internet channel working.

btw. why did you download a torrent for a FREE channel? simply update your shopchannel and get it from there.
