That's the guide I followed except I went the Cakes route at the end. I don't see a lot information in the difference between Cakes and Aurei.

AuReiNAND has a lot of more features compared to Cakes. AuReiNAND even includes an integrated boot manager. It's also much safer than Cakes.

I may have to switch then, it looks pretty easy to do from that guide, just copy the new files to my SD card. Is there anywhere I can go that walks me through how to use an emunand instead of sysnand?

Don't know if its ReiNand specific but I haven't been able to update from 10.6 to 10.7. Are the Nintendo Update Servers down? It boots normally after the restart.

Delete all the files associated with on on your sd card and copy over the files for the new one

Yeah, ReiNand. Do you think going to AuReiNand would help? I'm only thinking of going to A9LH in a month.

BTW, it's really confortable, using A9LH updated SysNAND (AuReiNAND), to just use settings "system update" to update firmware without worries

I don't know why, but I get a feeling you typed it as well in the past. It's not H9LH - it's A9LH. People get confused easily here so you might want to learn the correct/most_used term.
