As you can see from the title I'm on 11.5.0-38U with Homebrew launcher setup I'm wondering what exactly can I do I'm not running any cfw just have the Homebrew launcher.

You can get custom themes (Themely or CHMM2), Emulators, "Mods" with HANS, the capability to play out-of-region cartridges, etc.
