Hacking New R4I Gold 3DS RTS problem?

I bought a new R4I GOLD 3DS RTS and i've got the latest kernal I have RTS enabled which I need, but when trying to run a game for example Animal crossing, it will just get stuck on a black 'loading' screen..
With RTS disabled it works.. but I need it enabled.
Any idea why?

The r4i gold rts card can not play 3ds games like animal acrossing, it can only play ds games, If you want to play 3ds games you can choose mt-card, which can play 3ds games like pokemon XY and Animal crossing you can choose mt-card..

I'm not running the 3DS Animal crossing.. it's the Wild World (ds)
