Question: Has anyone else been experiencing problems with ACNL?
I've been trying to use the codes and I keep getting an error that says "An error occurred processing your Game File."
I'm not sure if this is a specific ACNL issue or if people are having the same problem with Pokemon (I only have a digital copy of X) but my game cartridge and the save file seem to be fine after I get the error.
Anyone know if this is a server issue / a Datel issue?

You know what I realized after our excitement and anticipation for the IV/Nature codes? I realized that everyone, incl. me, forgotten about that Kalos Born code. Just throwing that out there.

(Well, I wouldn't say everyone... I'd say most, if not all. In their defense, that code is rather miniscule.)

yeah, i really stopped caring about it. It`s kinda useless, unless you`re trying to enter a tournament that required kb pokemon, but even then its just a matter of breeding egg moves onto a poke, modifying ivs/nature, then ev training.

Yes agreed. And also, Powersaves pretty much covered all the "legit modification" stuffs, so the only thing major that they haven't doね yet are the unreleased Pokes(Hoopa,Volcanion,Floette Eternal form) which will be released around the time when the actual events comes.

or EV codes.
EV code is kinda useless coz you could already get all the items 999x with Powersaves, It will be just less than 5 mins to max a Poke's EV with the use of the vitamins and wings..unless you want to max all the stats or have an illegal EV spread which is also useless. lol
Btw I actually tried maxing all the stats of my Greninja before, just testing the XY's filter, and it is banned on everything.. on online/local wifi, battle spot, PSS battles, even on battle maison. lol

Oh noes, I'm speculating Powersaves codes again...

Anyways, about an ability modifier? I was thinking... you know the current system we have for the Wondercard Modifier codes, right? Well, I've tacked down how the Ability modifier might play out, at least like that. Say you want the ability Adaptability on a Scraggy. Well, it would work like this: Put the Scraggy in Box 1 Slot 1, get x999 of any item and put it in the first slot, subtract 908 from that item for 91 (which is Adaptability), save the game, use the code on that save, and you should have a Scraggy with Adaptability. Scraggy and Scrafty are already hard-hitters; Adaptability would make them more fearsome.

Granted, it'll be a long time before Datel releases something like this. But again, that's my thoughts on it.

I can wait on everything else if we just get AZ`s Floette back, or maybe even Hoopa/Volcanion. Using th ewondercard generator for HAs isnt very hard, anyway....

I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with Animal Crossing New Leaf codes on new games?

because:
-i can apply the 5 different code slots to my old save game which is a game played for a long time, max catalog, most upgrades, money etc. and they work fine when the servers are up...

however:
-when i start a new game and apply codes to it [any one, I've tried different ones in different slots] it always fails, even when the servers are green and i know the codes worked on my old savegame

maybe i have to have to get the first house upgrade or play x # of days or have pwp's enabled? not sure but if anyone's tested this already please let me know, thanks!

I use the powersaves codes with Animal Crossing NL I have not ever had what your talking about happen to me at all because i got my Powersaves when i was very far in the game but I have not restarted it to test it but when i do i don't mind letting you know if it is doing the same with me but i know some one may end up beating me to that tho.

The problem with EV Codes is that people could put on 252 on all 6 stats and that would be a problem for competitive battles. As for the Ability codes, instead of setting any ability, I reckon it should have 3 options: Ability 1, Ability 2 and Hidden Ability. That way, you can give a Pokemon a legit ability instead of a hacked one.

No, there are hack checks that obviously look for this, so this excuse is moot.
