A gnu/linux guy who do have a lot of gnu/linux intalled on weirds devices.
Sounds interesting.

also IRL i'm a lazy sysadmin and do not want to hear about windows or mac shit.
"My OS is better than your OS?"… gave that up years ago. Goes nowhere.
I'm Linux user myself – when it comes to the main computers that just need to be working.

For playing around and experimenting Windows XP on old PCs is a must for me.

Have fun!

Heya there!
Welcome to the temp.

I like Linux for some stuff, but on a daily basis I prefer Windows.
Back in my teen years I was pretty into Linux and used it as my main OS for a while, but it turned simple stuff into a hassle (mid 2000s).
SteamOS is pretty great (to the point that I'm keeping it on the Steam Deck), but not was convenient as Windows, so I'll stick to Windows.

Thanks for the welcome !

I'm lucky enough to get my hands dirty with my first laptop on gnu/linux.
A little hassle but i got it working great .
I mostly enjoyed the philosophy of free software, ciommunity , etc...
Now 15years later i'm a professional sysadmin with gnu/linux and bsd only.
I can't even open a windows and that's for the best.
