Gaming New Games not working

I need help getting some of the new games to work, such as The Incredible Hulk, Carnival Games, Wall - E. It gets stuck and will not load. Is there a patch, with simple instructions to get it working? I have read other post about using the arm7 file some how, but I can not figure it out.

first of all, try starting with what flashcard you have.
there are some flashcard specific fixes(such as custom firmware or updated firmware)

tried carnival games on the R4 and M3 Real and it doesnt work on either of them... M3 just black screens (using sakura firmware) and R4 gives save can not be read, turn off and reinsert the game card (using 1.18)
