In case anyone doesn't know already, this fixes all the recent games except for Golden Sun (J) and Mario vs. Donkey Kong.
Those two in particular must be real troublesome, even the DSTwo needed patches for those.
Although they were able to patch it.

That mean 999 and sims3 work ok now?

Oh it was no problem for the DSTWO with those two games. They didn't work with certain microSD cards.

TC might crack these two games and the English release of Dark Dawn with a small update (BETA most likely. How long will that take?

). It just seems that these two have gotten overlooked since 999 works perfect and that came out after those two games.

Hoorah! for TC finally updating

It must be hard to create two separate files: Old GUI and New GUI

so they are trying to revive the already DEADCard let see how it goes is the least they can do
Dead means no updates. Cleary, you dont know what you are talking about. And your engrish is gweat!

Not that I expected any different, but Golden Sun (U) doesn't work with 1.60 - I guess I'll just wait 'til my retail copy comes in

The update seems to lose some of the cool features from the beta. Pretty sad about that. I liked having the option to press Y over a game and do various things, such as create a RTS, manage my saves and cheats, etc. Now, the firmware seems to offer the same features as the old stable version, except with a few compatibility fixes. I'm thankful for the fixes, but why take two steps back?

Official releases are still only come as the old GUI. The new GUI is still in beta. TC only release beta updates through their forums. The forums are "down for maintenance".....

I too miss the new GUI, it gave me everything I wanted in a GUI for a flashcart....forums down.....more waiting.....{sigh}

Just wondering why the release of 1.60 still hasn't been reported on the front page or scene news?

Edit: ...and now it has been reported, thanks! (the only reason I knew this update existed is because of filetrip's latest firmware RSS feed - otherwise it would've flown right under my radar.)

Come on B.5! I'm going to hold off until a version with the GUI improvements comes out - I'm so used to them, I don't even want to try using the Cyclo without them.

Weird that the changelog is lacking. They usually list the games that were fixed, or in the case of a overall general fix, flat out say "We've done ____ to fix compatibility for numerous games" or something similar.

So doe that mean those two games use Metafortress protection, which is known to have problems unless you use clean mode with a fast SD card?
