Seemed like a good idea. Key word, seemed.

In execution, this Top rated releases notion even outdoes DS Paint for failure to deliver on promise.

Unless something is done to seriously fix it's shortcomings, they might as well chuck it as a waste of bandwidth.

Or they can dump it in Testing where all the weird crap goes
