ROM Hack New 3ds with CFW lost savefile

Hi everyone!
1 year ago, my Pokemon Y savefile disappeared. Is there any tool that I can use to restore it? (I have CFW and can exctract a backup of the game)
(btw I heard something about "action replay powersaves 3ds" but I don't understand it.)

disappeared how? Have you played with that game since then? Powersaves has nothing to do with save file restores if you dont have one to begin with.

Hi Wolf, sorry for not making this clear enough. (english is not my primary language)
What I meant was that I pressed the wrong combination of buttons and the savefile was gone, disappeared.
Nope, I haven't played since.

Sounds like you tripped that game's secure value and ended up permanently deleting that game's savedata. Once you're asked to delete the save and accept it, data recovery is no longer possible.

I have another game, freaky forms deluxe, and this one I did not delete but the savefile was gone, I do not know how this happened. Do you have any idea of why this has happened, or how to recover it?

Is this game is cart copy, digital download from Nintendo eShop (you bought with your own money), or you took a 3DS/CIA rom from Internet and installed it onto HOME Menu with FBI?
* I don't care if Freaky Form Deluxe was pirated.

Savedata that's lost or deleted in the cart is not recoverable. Sorry bud. From now on, start backing up your saves with Checkpoint -or- JKSM and if you have GBA VC games, GBAVCSM.
