Homebrew New 3ds GBA and SNES emulation, what is the best option?

I'm becoming intersting in GBA emulator, 'im gonna ask the same question of the op, but there is my setup

Old3ds 9.9
hv a sky3ds and youtube, did not setuped tubehax yet.

Which one should be more easy to setup and just play gba games? ninjahax(via sky3ds) or tubehax? maybe i'm gonna play that portal adaptation too lol, seems nice.

Same thing (NH or TH)... And, actually, no good GBA emulation for O3DS without kernel access (there are emulators, but not run full or playable speed).
