Hello.

Why does the Zelda Exploit doesnt work with 64GB Micro SDXC Cards?
I have 3 different ones (Samsung, SanDisk & Transcend), but no one of them is able to launch the Gateway Menu.
The Only Card that works for me is the Toshiba 4GB Micro SD that came with the console.
In the Red Gateway Card they working well.

Is it possible to patch this in a future Gateway release?

I wish I could help; but I have a 128gb MicroSD SDXC ._. Is your cards formatted in Fat32 format? (I know that is pretty obv but it never hurts to ask.)

Yes, the Card is formatted in FAT32. The New 3DS have no problem with the card. The card is working well in SD Manager and to install things (bevore the update above 9.2) ;-)

Loading the Gateway Menu is impossible from an SDXC ?
The biggest SDHC Card is 32GB, right?
Is it possible to load the Gateway Menu from 32GB SDHC?

1. Shouldn't be but I will give it a try this afternoon as I have a spare one at the moment.
2. Correct. That is the specification.
3. Many people do including myself. M

Just a point of clarification. Please specify if you are refine to the mSD in the gateway or internal to 3DS. The GW menu itself would be loaded from memory, but the contents are loaded from the mSD in the gateway.

The problem is that i cant load the Gateway Menu from my 3 different SDXC Cards with the Zelda exploit.
I have fotmatted the Cards a few times, but the Menu will not load.
The system is an N3DS EU with 9.2FW.
The Cards i have testet are Sandisk, Toshiba and Transcend. All 64GB sdxc versions.
I dont talk about EmuNAND, because i have no EmuNAND till i can load the Gateway Menu.

Your problem likely lies with the OOT card and the save. Go check out the threads related to that and seek some help. Know that the exploit fails sometimes and you need to power down and try again.

Just thought of this as I made this mistake last night on my third 3Ds. You do have the 3.1 launcher.dat in the internal mSD, right? Nothing happens without it. :)

But the original 4GB SDHC that was inside from Nintendo works great.
Every time i start the exploit.
With the 64GB SDXC the exploit doesnt work at all, have tried about 50 times.
Cant be that this Problem has to to with the Zelda Version, because i have two Versions, and both of them work.
One with original exploit savegame from Gateway and one from Sonic.

Why does this work with my smaller SDHC but not with SDXC?

Let me get this straight. You put launcher.dat on the original 4GB mSD card and ran the exploit and it booted gateway menu. You were then able to format emunand from the GW menu using that same 4GB card? You were then able to boot gateway mode from fromthe gateway menu and verify you were in emunand by entering system settings and verifying "GW" in front of the version number? You were then able to update emunand to version 9.5?

That's what I call a mSD working great.

If all the above is true, follow the steps in this thread.

Liberty already told you to follow this guide after you have set up emunand and updated it. Now someone else is telling you the same thing. This is what I did and I have 3 N3DSs working.

Your choice.
