Hacking New 3DS Emunand 9.5

Is it already possible to upgrade the Emunand on the New 3DS with GATEWAY 3.1.0 ULTRA PUBLIC BETA to the latest firmware (9.5)? And will the Emunand Tool be able to make a backup from the Emunand of the New 3DS soon? Because i tried it and i still get an error "Unknown Size".

1. EmuNAND is compatible with 9.5, just make sure you don't update SysNAND. Use this tutorial if you don't see GW3D in front of your firmware-version: http://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-transfer-emunand-to-another-sd-card-working-on-new3ds.383684/

Emunand 9.5 is NOT supported on the N3DS (working fine on old 3DS). Read here why:

That's bullshit. EmuNAND 9.5 is working just fine on my New 3DS.

They were able to get around that, 9.5 emuNAND now IS working for N3DS. Which you would've known, if you'd read the most recent posts in the thread you linked.

Interesting, i use a 16 GB micro SD card and when i boot in Emunand i see a GW3D..... (Im on 9.0.0-20E)

Then you should be fine. It works for some, for some don't and I would never upgrade my firmware version if I didn't see GW3D in front of it.

The GW3D bug seems to be related to Micro-SD speed/Class.

From what I tested and other post on this forum, SanDisk Ultra (Class 10) seems to be the best ones, no GW3D bugs with them at all.
