Hardware New 3DS Black screen only blue light

Hello, yesterday i played Pokemon Ultra Sun, and my 3DS frezzes and now when i try to turn it on i got only black screen with blue light.

I've tried:
-L+R+UP+A
-NTRboothax from 3ds.guide
-boot without sd card, and w/o cartridge
-i've also checked 2 fuses. One near the AC connector and one on ABXY board, all are ok

Any ideas what is wrong ?

it was the ribbon cable, which connect the daughterboard
