How to format it with 4k cluster? Do I have to format it to exfat, FAT32 or NTFS?

You have to format in Fat32

Format to Fat32 with 64k clusters. I know of at least 3 sticky threads that tell you this.

just read the title before posting dude... SD card come's also in 512gb, microsd don't, because the max is 200gb.

If you want compatibility with the Wii U, your SD Card must be formatted as FAT32.
If you want the best compatibility, people have reported the most success with 32k or 64k clusters, more-so 64k.
