Nes World Championships 1990?

Hey guys... I was playing this at a friend's house on his (modded

) Wii. Has anyone been able to emulate this properly on a handheld device, counter and all? Some info that I've found is that in general you may need a specific emulator just to run the correct counter time... and to start the game you need to press start on controller 2.

Any info on this? And for those that have no idea, this is what I'm talking about.
