This means that NeoGamma doesn't think your IOS249 and IOS250 belong together.

Downloading and reinstalling of cIOS249[56]-d2x-v6 and cIOS250[57]-d2x-v6 helped.

Do I need to install cMIOS and if so, for what is it? I understand it's for launching GC-games, but all my GC-games already launch fine. I do have a Wiikey, but I have shut off all the functions I can and are using the latest softmod instead. Should I still install cMIOS v10?

The cMIOS is only related to GC games, if all your GC games work fine, leave your MIOS alone. If you have trouble with some GC games, then maybe the cMIOS + GC mode internal could help you. Or if you want Ocarina for GC games.

If you install the recommend cMIOS, it will not interere with the disc channel, allow GC homebrew(NeoGamma's internal GC loader is GC homebrew) and allow Action Replay even with MIOS v10 as base.

I am using beta 52 in uneek / neek on usb trying to boot gamecube games. i have installed cMIOS v10 but no luck. I am using discs which work on my normal wii nand. Am I correct in thinking they should work?

Can I install as a channel in uneek?

Gamecube usb loading does not work with:
NeoGamma
Any other usb wii loader(like CFG, GX or WiiFlow)
cIOS
Sneek
Uneek
Swiss
Dios Mios Lite(DML)

If NeoGamma lists gamecube games in Sneek mode, then that's a bug and i'm sorry, it's supposed to filter those out.

You can't load discs with NeoGamma in Sneek mode. It states that it loads games from nand, while it acutally loads them from usb, but that's it. If you want to load discs with NeoGamma, you have to boot it while Sneek/Uneek is not running. And then just read the mini FAQ.

(you need A Wii with a backup compatible drive(if the wii is not white, it's not backup compatible, backup resistant white Wiis were sold since christmas '09, no backup disc compatible Wiis in the shelves anymore 1-2 months later).
