Hacking neocd

hi there,

I need help for the emulator neocd

All times I launch it, it makes me "no found ipl.txt! press a to continue"

here my sd folder :

L:\apps\neocd\boot.dol
L:\apps\neocd\icon.png
L:\apps\neocd\meta.xml
L:\apps\neocd\neocd.xml
L:\apps\neocd\NeoCDRedux.sav

L:\bios\NeoCD.bin

L:\Samurai Spirits RPG\MP3\TRACK02.mp3 (same goes to Track32.mp)
L:\Samurai Spirits RPG\IPL.txt (and many file extracted from iso)

what I'm doing wrong ?

... doesn't it clear? Missing ipl.txt
Look on google for the file, It should be like the bios or something like that
