Hacking Needing help with DSTWO, please!

I have my 3DS for at least a year, and I bought my DSTWO around 4 months ago. It used to work smoothly.

However, recently, it started to not work. Everytime now, when I try to make it work, it displays: "An error has occured."

Also, when I try to connect to the Internet, it says: "An error has occured", too.

Any idea in how to fix it?

Firstly, is the device fully updated? (Eos/dstwo) what is your eos/dstwo version? What is the 3ds version? (To check 3ds version, look in the system settings, for the dstwo just go on the supercard website and just fully update it to make sure)

So when does it say "an error has occured"? Explain what you are doing. Include any plugins or games you're trying to run.

What new things have you tried recently?
