Hacking need your help....!!

HI....I have a japanese wii.....no idea what modchip inside....and have a pal verison of super mario galaxy ....
i tired everything to make it work but it gives me always a black screen....and lockes up......

some one advised me to try gecko region free and still it didn't work....

but I read the wii region patcher combatibility list it says that the pal to NTSC-J SMG works on jap wii

it says(Tested with 3.1Jv2 Must use drive code patch and change language to forced english )

what does they mean use drive code patch.....and please if anyone made it work on there jap wii ..... (pal SMG)

can he tell me what exactly he has done in order for it to work

by the way I hav a jap wii 3.2 jap updated with WuM ......

and I wonder also does pal version of Okami work on a jap wii

(.....it just s***cks having a jap wii....damn............what was I thinking when I bought it)

u have come to the right place, bebe!

boot through gecko os
in the config menu
force english
force your videomode
i dont really know what vidtv patch does but works on either options

then launch game

okami (us) works on me from the channel and gecko os
a japanese wii is very sucky indeed ... just hope someone will translate the menus or unlock the region)

ahh yes but should I burn the game in full or shoud I trucha sign it first like removing 001 error or any thing else
