Damn what a tough issue. I mean after doing all that and HBC not finding the drive I dont know what else to think....that sux man...might be a hardware issue. But you can easily check if by testing an accessory in the usb port and seeing if it works or not. Plug in a keyboard load up monster hunter and see if you can type.

NTFS sucks horribly. Even if all you have is ISO files then Wii Backup Manager (which also can be downloaded through modmii) can convert all your ISO's to a FAT32 capable format while removing all the garbage data from the ISO so you save even more space for even more games.
I beg to differ. I have an NTFS drive with wbfs and iso on it. Most of my titles are in wbfs format and Im going through the slow process of eventually converting all my titles to iso format for easy burning if need be.

I use Wii backup manager as it has full scrubbing (I choose to keep only the game partition) and the resulting .iso title will be sparsed/scrubbed. At first glance the size will be reported as 4.3gb or something to that effect (this is only applies to the wii iso format) however the actual size on disk will be the actual scrubbed game size.

The scrubbed wii .iso format only adds say 100-200mb of space compared to a scrubbed wbfs title. (I only compared a couple titles so this may not be accurate) but 100mb more isnt an issue for me. For me .isos are super convenient when you also have imageburn, just right click the file and burn away. No more having to convert from wbfs to iso format.

I love my NTFS!

I believe there is a separate homebrew that performs the SysCheck function as well, so try using that instead and see if it produces errors.

Already did, no errors, results on page 2.

I'm gonna try finding a USB keyboard. My wireless didn't work previously, but I'm gonna try a wired one.

If you used a wireless plug ang play usb keyboard and it didnt work then the ports must be bad however you can still try the wired one just in case.
