Gaming need help

Well my brother keeps making extra accounts on my pc so he can use it which is very annoying. I disabled guess accounts, and my account is password protected but somehow he still makes another account on my pc. So does anyone know how to stop this?
Edit: nvm found the problem, I should've googled a lil' bit more before I posted this but if anybody else has the same problem

Maybe it's time to change your password.

its rather easy on xp (unsure about vista or 7) to find out the admin password. there's livecd's (can't remember the exact name) you can download that will access a couple files that do contain your password and it will display them. could be what your brother is using. on that i'd say change to 7/or another os.

Put a password on the bios so he cant even get to windows.

change you administrator pass word at first!

Go into safe mode, log into the account named Administrator, and change it's password so he can't use it.
