Hacking Need help with xbox 8955

Hi i need help to make a story short a bought and xbox 360 who i belived to be rgh but when i boot it i goes to a page with xna written at the top left. I did some reading and i concluded thats it is the dev mode. When i go to the dashboad of the xbox i cant play anything no games(originals disc) i can only play movies. So i gought i will just install fsd but no can do im on version 8955. So i looked to update the 8955 to 9199 but i cant get my cpu key i tried with xell but all a fet are black screen. The onky thing i got to work is xexmenu
