Need help with oledlg.dll C:Windows\SYSTEM32\oledlg.dll Bad Image

I am having trouble with my 32bit programs for some reason the oledlg.dll for the System 32 is not working at all keep saying bad image I tried pretty much everything I removed the file in question then I reinstalled them still nothing I scanow still same thing I even removed the file and replaced it what should i do

You don't need oledlg to play minecraft.

Seriously, what version of windows are you running and what program are you trying to run?

I am running on 64bit system and here is the thing Its not just Minecraft almost all my games gives me this error 0cx000012f Bad Image from Star Trek Online to Wallpaper SlideShow GTA V Minecraft Even the new Gundam Evolution Game I cannot play becuase of this error

I just Reformated my computer it was curpputed system Driver
